Our Save the Dates from Minted!

Happy Wedding Wednesday!

We just sent our wedding Save the Dates (finally) and I wanted to share all the details of the design and scheme we chose. Since we made the decision to do digital invitations for the majority of our guests, we decided to keep it traditional and send a paper Save the Date and I am so glad we decided to send them via snail mail.

We used Minted for our Save the Dates, they offer hundreds of design options and customization options plus they offer free recipient addressing which was huge because I shuddered at the thought of handwriting anything! The process was so simple! You pick a design, upload a photo, edit the text and then you have the option to customize everything from paper styles, colors, layout etc.

We went with a classic scrawling gold foil design with a backer that listed our wedding details and website info. My favorite part was the calligraphy design of the envelopes! I loved the elegant, classic finish that really added some flourish to the envelope! Minted made it so easy to add recipient addresses and their service even auto checks all the addresses. Once I placed the order the cards were shipped so quickly so we were able to send out our cards on time!

We will definitely be using Minted for our holiday cards!
