Digital Wedding Invitations with Greenvelope!

I had no idea what to expect when it came to wedding planning and have come to learn that there are SO MANY details! While we wish the wedding was happening this year, we decided with the uncertainty of everything, it would be best to wait till next year. I am grateful I have over a year to plan and really take my time with all of the details! 🤩

Among the long list of items I needed to attend to were our save the dates and wedding invitations. While I appreciate the beauty in a paper invite, the way that everything is digitized now, it just made the most sense for us to go digital with our save the dates and invitations! I was amazed at the wide range of designs and details you can customize with Greenvelope, you can choose from hundreds of designs and layouts, alter the color of the invites, choose the color of the envelopes and pick the design of the stamps! Plus it allows you to see if recipients opened the invite, submitted a response and even performs tasks such as resending an invite on your behalf and sending reminders to your guests! I was amazed at all the features Greenvelope had in place!

For the save the dates, we went with a classic, yet simple gold scrolling font with a contrasting photo to enhance both the gold font and photo. Plus, gold is one of the colors in our wedding so I wanted to maintain a consistent color theme throughout.

For the invitations we went with a classic white and gold calligraphy design featuring a gold stamp and gold wax seal! I feel an invitation really sets the tone of the wedding and this design incorporates classic and elegant details that ties into the theme of the wedding!

I absolutely love the way our save the dates and invitations turned out and honestly amazed with the many details and features I am able to customize to present an invitation that has the same look as a paper invitation. It’s all the elements of a paper invite that’s gone digital! 😄
