Fall Essentials you'll wear year after year

Hi! How is everyone doing?!
It’s hard to believe fall is right around the corner! Seattle has started to cool down a bit (also due to the smoke from wildfires) but while I will miss summer terribly I really do love fall! Something about colorful leaves, pumpkins and well pumpkin flavored everything make me happy! I also love fall fashion items which is why I wanted to share a breakdown of the fall essentials you’ll wear year after year!

Off the shoulder sweater: I love a good off the shoulder sweater, its the perfect transition piece from summer to fall and you’ll wear them over and over! They are so chic and stylish and you can easily pair them with just about anything I love this and this.
Booties: I love some chic, comfy booties to wear during fall, winter and spring! I also love snake skin print and suede! They match with lots of different outfits and instantly elevate your everyday look! I have this and this. Pro tip** Any bootie over 2 1/2 inches your feet are most likely to hurt. For an everyday bootie stick to a 2 to 2 1/2 inch heel so your feet don’t hurt after an hour!
OTK Boots: I wasn’t always a fan of these until I snagged a pair on sale and I love them so much! They look great with just about any outfit! I plan to purchase a pair of chestnut color OTK boots! I like this and this. Here’s a budget friendly option!
Dark wash jeans: I feel like these are my go-to every fall! They are perfect for dressing up or down and go with everything! I love this and this.
Sweater dress: I love pairing sweater dresses with knee high boots or OTK boots. Another great transition piece into fall and super chic and comfortable. I have this wrap sweater dress and have had it for over a year now and considering in more colors! I also like this one too!
Suede moto jacket: You’ve probably seen me wear a suede moto jacket in various posts, I am a huge fan of the Blank NYC suede jackets and have two! (one in a deep purple and hot pink) Suede jackets are such a staple in your closet and you will wear them year after year! They are perfect for layering over dresses, sweaters… pretty much anything! If you want one for everyday wear I would suggest a neutral color like beige or gray. I like this one and this one! They are a bit on the pricey side but they do go on sale from time to time so be sure to keep an eye out!
Cardi: I love a long cardi to throw over jeans or leggings! Perfect for anything from lounging at home to out to dinner! I have a few in neutral colors but I’ve been on the hunt for a leopard cardi and just ordered this one here’s another one I like too that’s under 40!
Mini skirt: While I don’t wear skirts as often as I would like, I love pairing them with boots or booties. I have been eyeing this one and this one to pair with either booties or knee high boots and a sweater. I also have this suede skirt saved in my cart!
